What is one way you honor your grief? 

We keep him alive in our home. We talk about him often and what he would think or do in situations we’re in because I always want my kids to know their dad since they will remember so little. 

What is one activity that you and your loved one would enjoy doing together? 

Camping, hiking, the outdoors. I still ensure to do those things with the kids myself to honor him. 

What is a food you and your loved one would share together? 

He ate so healthy… except ice cream. There were no rules about how often you could go out for ice cream.
