Make a Donation

We are mainly supported through donations. View the different ways you can address critical needs of grieving young people.

General Donation

A general financial donation supports the Brooke’s Place operating fund. These donations help with everyday expenses associated with our grief support groups, therapy services, BP8 program, volunteer training, community education and outreach efforts.

Pay It Forward

Pay It Forward donations may be made to our peer-based grief support groups or therapy services. The opportunity to “pay it forward” came from our own Brooke’s Place families, who wanted to ensure that our bereavement services would be available to all interested grieving families.

In Honor/Memory

A donation to Brooke’s Place may be made in memory, in honor or in celebration of a friend or loved one. A special acknowledgment of the gift will be sent to the family or individual.  The size of the financial gift is not disclosed in the acknowledgement.

Camp Healing Tree Donation

A donation to Camp Healing Tree supports the opportunity for grieving youth ages 7-17 to be with friends their age who have experienced the death of someone close to them. Connecting with others who have shared experiences helps us to know that we are not alone in our grief.

Planned Giving

Naming Brooke’s Place as a beneficiary in your will, life insurance policy, or retirement account is a simple way to support the future of our beloved Brooke’s Place and the grieving families we serve, while also providing for the well-being of your loved ones.

To learn more about these giving options, or to obtain specific language for your will, please contact Larissa Warne at larissa@brookesplace.org
